Request for documents concerning the "Reconstruction, Extension and Development of Sofia airport" project in Bulgaria

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing you with a request for documents about the "Reconstruction, Extension and Development of Sofia airport" project in Bulgaria on the EIB document "Rules on Public Access to Documents", paragraph 6 where the Bank states "documents (to) be publicly available to the maximum extent as possible", and the document "Public Access to Information" describing EIB's general commitment to openness (both documents from October 2002).

We would like to request copies of the:

1). Technical/Economic Studies, conducted by the EIB, on which bases the project was assessed and approved;
2). Finance Contact dated 9 September 1007, between European Investment Bank and the Republic of Bulgaria and Sofia Airport EAD;
3). Amendment N1 of the above stated Finance Contract from 19 November 2002;
4). All Annexes to the two Finance Contracts.
