You should be aware that there is a condition in the financing memorandum signed by the European Commission and the Bulgarian Government relating to the finacing of the above-mentioned project that stipulates that new public consultations must be carried out and a new environmental permit issued. The Commission will do its best to ensure that this condition is complied with. You should therefore have an additional opportunity in the near future to express your views in front of the appropriate Bulgarian authorities.
