On the basis of the paragraph 6 of EIB document "Rules on Public Access to Documents", and the document "Public Access to Information", we would like to request EIB comments on the Environmental Impact Assessment technical summary of the project for construction of the National Hazardous Waste Centre in the region of Gledachevo, Bulgaria.

After our discussion with Ministry of Environment and Waters we understand that EIB provided comments on the Draft of Technical Summary of EIA for this project.

In order to have an open, transparent and broad discussion between all project stakeholders we appeal to receive your comments on the EIA technical summary. We kindly ask for your response as soon as possible, because the EIA procedure is going to start in July.
