
This is the English translation of the second analysis by Petko Kovachev, an energy policy expert, with whom we are reviewing the implementation of three projects for renewable energy sources and batteries for small and medium-sized businesses and their continuation in the REPowerEU chapter of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP):

Reforms and investments from the REPowerEU chapter of the NRRP:
- continuation of the project for RES for own use with batteries (Investment K13.I4, “Support for new renewable energy generation and electricity storage capacities”)
- continuation of the national storage infrastructure project (Investment K13.I2: RESTORE 2)
- reforms for transparency, a balanced market, and flexible consumption: K13.P2 “Transparency of procedures for connecting new renewable energy and storage capacities” and K13.P3 “Improving the functioning of the balancing market and promoting flexible consumption”.
